VinaSource engages in two primary methods of engagement models - Project Based and Dedicated Resourcing. 

Project Based - In this model, we quote "per project" and provide a entire development team consisting of a program manager, one or more developers, one or more testers, and a graphic designer.  Our developers are well-versed in a multitude of technologies and development languages - Microsoft based technology is our specialty but we can also work in LAMP and other technologies.  Projects types have included:

• Mobile Development including Mobile Web, iPhone Application Development, and Blackberry Development
• Facebook Applications and Facebook Connect Integrations
• Sharepoint Development

Dedicated Resourcing - In these types of engagements, the client is given a dedicated  resource (Project Manager, Developer, Tester, or Graphic Designer) on a full time basis (approximately 50 hours per week).  Staffed labor is "managed" by the client with respect to work flow and assignments. VinaSource management is available for escalation and performance evaluation.  With staffed labor, you will also receive the services of one of our project managers to help get your project off the ground efficiently.

Dedicated resourcing offers a discount on the project rates of resources and is ideal for clients who are able to commit to a longer term contract at improved pricing.
