David Hajdu - Founder - Chief Executive Officer
David Hajdu has spent the last ten years in the fields of business and technology. In 2005, Mr. Hajdu co-founded Clear Concepts LLC, now doing business as VinaSource, an online marketing and development outsourcing firm located in Seatt;e, Washington and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Prior to co-founding the company, Mr. Hajdu worked for Microsoft as a Project Manager for almost five years. While with the company, Mr. Hajdu was responsible for the design and implementation of company-wide database solutions.
Mr. Hajdu holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Washington.
Benjamin Liu - Founder - Chief Technology Officer
Benjamin Liu joined VinaSource in 2008 after 10+ years of software development experience at companies including Microsoft, Action Engine, and Onclave. He brings technological, process, and project management experience to VinaSource having shipped both enterprise software at Microsoft as well as more agile products at smaller startups. Mr. Liu has a passion for helping clients achieve their business goals through dynamic, high quality, and on-time software consulting and development services
At VinaSource, Benjamin leads the US based operations, leading the program managers who help transfer knowledge, requirements, and processes to the outsourced team. He also oversees the development team in Vietnam, ensuring that VinaSource ships and delivers products of the highest quality.
Mr. Liu graduated from Princeton University with a BA in Computer Science where he won numerous academic and athletic honors as captain of the men’s tennis team. An avid sports enthusiast, Benjamin enjoys weightlifting, basketball, and playing semi-pro football. He lives in Seattle, WA with his wife and two month old baby boy.
Tung Tram - Vietnam Development Lead
Tung Tram received an Engineering degree in Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh city University of Technology. After college, he then spent one and a half years as a web developer for the GoGo company. During this time he strengthened his coding skills in C#, ASP, SQL, and UI with CSS through work on several projects here. In January 2008, he joined the VinaSource company. Within six months of being at VinaSource, he attained the role of developer lead. In his current position, he is responsible for analyzing specs, designing database schemas, creating task lists and implementing projects.
Trinh Do - Project Manager
After receiving a bachelor degree in 2005, Mr Trinh has spent a few years working for various IT companies, mainly focused in software development. Starting as a developer in Motorola's Mobile Application Server project, he was exposed to work under strict industrial standard CMMI (level 5). Later in 2006, at Hutcabb Consulting, he assumed a technical leader position which main role included supervising the development of Marketing and Financing applications for a client company.
Recently Mr Trinh joined Vinasouce as a Project Manager where he manages day-to-day project activities to ensure project is delivered with high quality, on time and within budget. His goal is to help the company achieve new level based on inspirational leadership and management.
Mr Trinh hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's Degree in Information System from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
Son Nguyen - Mobile Development Manager
Mr. Son is currently a Mobile Development Manager at Vinasource, focused on IOS development. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Science, HCM city. While studying at the university, he also earned a CCNA certificate from VNPro school.
Prior to joining Vinasource, Mr. Son worked for TMA Solutions where he began is career as a tester for Nortel projects. Over the past 2 years he has worked as a developer in various mobile projects using technologies such as J2ME, Blackberry and iPhone. At TMA, Mr. Son served as an instructor on IOS development.
